We took advantage of the fine weather in recent weeks and started sowing our vegetables for our Green Schools and Agri Aware Incredible Edibles project. We met Liam at the Community Garden. He prepared the garden for us and showed us how to sow potatoes, cabbage, onions, garlic and lettuce. We will be looking forward to watching our produce grow in the coming months.
