Intel Mini Scientist 2018

Children from 4th, 5th and 6th Class participated in the Intel Mini Scientist Competition 2018 with huge success yet again. Ten judges from Intel arrived to our school on the 23rd of October to view over 40 different projects with nearly 90 children participating.

The judges were highly impressed with the standard of projects this year and praised the children for their level of knowledge and presentation skills. They also thanked the parents of all of the children taking part for their commitment and effort in helping the children get their projects ready.

They found it very difficult to pick from all the wonderful projects but there was one project which took 1st place and that was Solar Powered Car, by 5th class students Adisson O’Loughlin, Clara Powell and Freya Starr.
